Online class with Jane LaFazio and Joanne Sharpe

I signed up for an online art class with Jane LaFazio
I have done a few drawings I'm posting here.
I found this very interesting as I'm not really an artist per say but have tried to just go for it and am quite chuffed by results.
I read a book "BRAVE INTUITIVE PAINTING" by Flora Bowley a few weeks ago and it has inspired me to  let go, be bold , unfold
 I tried drawing an outdoor gnome, a boarder collie light, geranium, and an Iris,
 I have not used water colour paints I tried using the water colour pencil crayons and a black gel pen which seems to work well.

Silk Dyeing

I was invited to do a Silk Dyeing Class with Yanny Split last weekend It was fantastic I really enjoyed it.
I have not dyed or worked with silk before so it was new to me. We did some interesting techniques and I was thrilled by the results. I especially enjoyed the Shibori.  Came away with many ideas and hope to include silk into my future works of art hehe!!!!

The yellow is a Shibori piece ans Pink is a stamp technique with leaves and  paper doillie.
