I haven't posted for a while but decided to get some pictures posted

This piece was made using a soldering iron to burn synthetic fabrics

I used quite a few different colour organza and other sheer fabrics and beads with  other embellishments  When the peacock was completed I mounted it on a piece of black felt and then stitched it to a very light green background and mounted this on a canvas  

This was felted experiment 

This piece was made as a challenge for our Textile group 

This piece was done at an encaustic workshop really enjoyed this technique

this piece was made at our textile group using cane which I stitched fabric around 

Both these piece are still work in progress I cannot decided which piece to keep maybe need to re do background maybe to busy
